Inflect developed a sustained political engagement programme built around Alertacall Chief Executive James Batchelor’s expertise in technology, housing and support for older people.
We identified and engaged relevant MPs, ministers, policymakers and sector leaders, combining national advocacy with targeted constituency engagement and site visits. We built James’ profile and established relationships with MPs and Ministers.
At the centre of the programme was a Westminster roundtable bringing together politicians, housing leaders, health and ageing organisations and other influential stakeholders. Inflect managed political outreach, stakeholder recruitment, briefing materials, event logistics, strategic seating and post event engagement.
Alongside this, Inflect continued to support Alertacall on live policy and regulatory issues, building relationships that helped the business move from reactive crisis management towards a more proactive approach.
