The Road Pricing Coalition is a cross-sector group of organisations representing businesses that depend on the UK's road network. Its members include leaders from the logistics, road haulage, vehicle rental and leasing, construction and related sectors. The Coalition gives these industries a collective voice in the debate about the future of road taxation and charging, without advocating for a single prescribed policy outcome.
Inflect was asked to establish and coordinate a credible, collaborative coalition capable of bringing together sector bodies with distinct priorities and perspectives. Our role is to create the governance and shared purpose needed to sustain the partnership, convene members around the issues that matter to road-dependent businesses, and develop an engagement and thought-leadership programme that brings informed business voices into the national conversation.
At this early stage, Inflect has built the foundations for an effective cross-sector coalition. We have convened organisations from across the road economy, established a collaborative structure and created a shared programme of work. Through facilitated discussion, stakeholder engagement and emerging thought leadership, the Coalition is developing a clear and constructive business contribution to this important policy debate, helping decision-makers understand the practical implications for different sectors.
