Aoife joined Inflect as a Communications and Marketing Manager. After graduating with a first class honours degree in International Business from the University of Liverpool, she completed two digital marketing internships in Valencia and Seville respectively, followed by a year spent working as a Marketing and Events Coordinator for a charity, in a role dedicated to facilitating increased representation for under-represented student groups within top universities and leading industries in the UK.

Aoife has a strong interest in communicating and promoting opportunities for development in the business sector regionally, nationally and internationally.

Aoife is also Head of Marketing and Events for the Trade Association forum, and has successfully led and supported multiple campaigns and events that drive engagement and influence key audiences. Aoife’s expertise spans digital marketing, social media strategy, and email marketing, with a strong focus on delivering impactful messaging that resonates with stakeholders.

Beth has joined Inflect as an Account Executive and now works as a Senior Account Executive. She brings a wealth of academic insight and professional experience, having just completed her Masters degree in Political Science and International Relations at the University of Liverpool. Her postgraduate research focused specifically on the processes of UK policymaking, providing her with a deep understanding of the national political landscape. She possesses professional experience within the public sector, having contributed her skills to the Labour Party and serving in various administrative capacities within the NHS.

Beth will be working with clients such as AtkinsRéalis, YMCA, Boardwave and the Net Zero APPG. We are confident that Beth’s unique blend of academic and practical experience as well as her passion for policy, evident at both regional and national levels, will make her an invaluable addition to the Inflect team. 

Erin is based out of Inflect’s Manchester office and graduated with First-Class Honours in Politics from Newcastle University. She brings a strong network of contacts across the North East and is passionate about championing the growth of public affairs beyond London. She also sits on the committee for Women in Public Affairs North.

Erin has a particular interest in devolution, education and skills policy, supported by professional experience across local government and the education sector. She is driven to deliver impactful campaigns and build trusted relationships for our clients at both a regional and national level.

Fabian is an experienced public affairs professional, having spent multiple years in Westminster where he worked on trailblazing national campaigns and on more traditional accounts for FTSE 100 companies.

Fabian manages the tech strand of the Inflect portfolio. Throughout his career has worked across numerous clients in both tech and the business to Government landscape. These include Reed In Partnership, Vodafone, and Boardwave.

He is based in Liverpool and has extensive relationships across the Combined Authority and in the Labour Party.

Jade joined Inflect as a Communications Executive with a background in communications and politics.

While attaining a first class honours degree in Politics from the University of Lancaster, Jade worked as Publicity Coordinator for AEGEE Amsterdam, a student membership organisation based in the Netherlands, which functions as part of AEGEE Europe. In this role, Jade captured, edited, and promoted videos for the organisation’s social media, simultaneously creating graphics and coordinating promotional material in line with the organisation’s strategic priorities. Jade also interned with the charity Climate Outreach, focussing on improving their communications strategy.

Jade has a strong interest in Politics and the power of communications to shape public perceptions around policy changes. As a Communications Executive, Jade will assist with the marketing side of Inflect; organising events for both Inflect and the Trade Association Forum (TAF), and operating the secretariat function of TAF. Jade will also support the public affairs side of the business and produce website and social media content for both Inflect and TAF.

Jonathan is a public affairs consultant at Inflect Partners and our Transport Lead. He works across national, regional and local government, with a particular focus on devolution and place-based policy, supporting clients to navigate complex political environments spanning infrastructure, transport, water and technology.

He brings first-hand experience of operating within local government and combined authorities, giving him a practical understanding of how political decisions are shaped, negotiated and delivered across different tiers of government.

At Inflect, Jonathan supports clients with strategic positioning, stakeholder engagement and campaign development across complex policy and regulatory environments.

A Politics and Modern History graduate from the University of Manchester, Louis O’Halloran works closely with Inflect’s senior management team, overseeing client delivery and providing political intelligence.

Before joining Inflect, Louis gained valuable experience in public affairs working across Westminster, devolution, and the planning sectors.

At Inflect, Louis leads the company’s work in infrastructure and energy, partnering with high-profile clients such as AtkinsRéalis and the Net Zero APPG. Based in Inflect’s Manchester office, he is deeply committed to championing English devolution and highlighting the growing significance of public affairs beyond London.

He is co-policy lead for Labour in Communications Devolution and Local Government Policy Network Group and a member of the CIPR Public Affairs Committee.

Sean is an Account Manager at Inflect specialising in public affairs and strategic communications. He supports clients to design and deliver high-quality campaigns that engage national and local political stakeholders.

Before joining Inflect, Sean worked as a public affairs consultant at another agency, advising clients primarily across the built environment and energy sectors. He brings over three years of experience delivering public communications campaigns and helping organisations navigate complex political and policy landscapes. Sean also holds a Master’s degree in Politics from the University of Manchester, with research focused on European politics and EU policymaking.

At Inflect, Sean supports clients across a range of sectors including net zero, technology, the environment, and tax policy. He has worked on a range of national campaigns that engage senior decision-makers at the highest level. Sean helps clients manage political risks, build stakeholder support, and deliver advocacy that drives outcomes.
