Inflect is an independent consultancy working across strategy, communications and public affairs.
Our story
Inflect was launched in late 2020, at a moment when politics, public expectations and the way people consumed information were all shifting. The name was deliberate. It reflected a sense that organisations were facing an inflection point, and that navigating challenges required a different approach.
Today, those challenges have only accelerated, and the environment that gave us our name is the one our clients face every day.
We founded Inflect on a simple belief: bringing together strategic thinking, communications expertise, political and policy insight and practical delivery leads to better decisions and better outcomes, both for our clients and for wider society.
Everything we do is grounded in an understanding of politics, policy and place. We focus on meaningful engagement with the people and institutions that are shaping the future.
Built for an increasingly devolved UK, we work from London and Manchester, combining national perspective with regional and local understanding to help clients navigate the challenges of the future.
